Privacy Policy
In Peach Me!
Last updated: February 2026
"Nobody respects privacy more than me. Tremendous privacy. The best privacy. Many people are saying it."
1. Introduction
In Peach Me ("we", "our", "the greatest app ever made") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — all in plain English, because unlike certain commanders, we believe in transparency.
2. Data Stored Locally
The following data never leaves your device. It stays right there, like a peach on a commander's head:
- High scores and game progress
- Settings and preferences (sound, accessibility options)
- Whether you've purchased the "Remove Ads" upgrade
3. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob (Advertising)
The free version of In Peach Me displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following data:
- Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads
- Device identifiers: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS, Advertising ID on Android — used for ad personalisation and frequency capping
- Coarse location data: City-level location (not precise GPS) may be collected to serve region-appropriate ads
- Advertising data: Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions) for measurement and reporting
- Ad attribution: Uses SKAdNetwork (iOS) and Google attribution for ad conversion tracking without identifying individual users
- Used to keep the game free (you're welcome)
- See Google's Privacy Policy
If you'd rather not see ads, you can remove them for $1.99. The best deal in the history of deals. Maybe ever.
Apple App Store / Google Play Store
- Processes the "Remove Ads" purchase ($1.99)
- We never see your payment details — that's between you and Apple/Google
- We only receive confirmation that the purchase was made
- Purchase history is stored locally on your device to restore your ad-free status
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, and have zero interest in:
- Your name, email, or contact information
- Precise location (we don't care if you're at Mar-a-Lago or Margate)
- Your photos, contacts, or files
- Your political opinions (the game has enough of those)
- Any personally identifiable information
5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. This is required because AdMob may use your IDFA to deliver personalised ads.
- You can say no — unlike the Commander, we actually accept the result
- If you deny tracking, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalised
- You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking
6. Children's Privacy
In Peach Me is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a child, please get an adult's permission before downloading — and maybe ask them to help with Level 12. It's brutal.
7. Data Security
Your local game data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, fingerprint, etc.). We don't run any servers. Your high scores are safe — even from executive orders.
8. Data Deletion
Want to delete all your data? Simply delete the app. That's it. No forms, no 30-day waiting periods, no legal battles. Just gone. If only everything were that easy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. We will not tweet about it at 3am.
10. Contact
Questions? Concerns? Compliments on our tremendous privacy practices?
This privacy policy is real and legally binding. The jokes are free. The ads cost $1.99 to remove. Your data stays on your device. Everybody wins. Except the Commander.
