Terms & Conditions

In Peach Me!

Last updated: February 2026

"These are the best terms. Everybody agrees. Tremendous terms. Nobody writes better terms than us."

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing In Peach Me ("the App", "this tremendous game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and return to whatever you were doing before. We won't take it personally. Unlike some people.

2. Description of Service

In Peach Me is a free-to-play satirical physics game in which you drop peaches onto a fictional character known as "the Commander in Peach." The game is intended purely for entertainment and comedic purposes.

Any resemblance to actual persons, living or spray-tanned, is purely coincidental. No peaches were harmed in the making of this game. Several egos, however, were bruised.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. They might also enjoy playing. Level 9 (Mar-a-Lago Pool Party) is a crowd favourite.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to modify, hack, or exploit the App
  • Claim you created this game (we know who you are)

You are encouraged to:

  • Drop as many peaches as humanly possible
  • Laugh at the Commander's taunts
  • Share your high scores with friends
  • Leave a nice review (please, we're begging)

5. In-App Purchases

Remove Ads — a one-time, non-consumable purchase of $1.99 (USD):

  • Permanently removes banner and interstitial advertisements
  • Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • We never see your payment details
  • Pricing may vary by region
  • Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store

6. Advertising

The free version contains advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads. You can remove ads permanently for $1.99. We've mentioned this several times. We're not desperate. Okay, maybe a little.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in In Peach Me — including code, artwork, animations, text, quotes, and the Commander's questionable hairstyle — is the property of Andrew Thompson and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Satire & Parody Disclaimer

In Peach Me is a work of satire and parody. All characters, scenarios, quotes, and situations are fictional and created for comedic and entertainment purposes. The game exercises rights of free speech and artistic expression. No real persons, peaches, or hairstyles were harmed during development.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • You will beat Level 12 on your first try (you won't)
  • The Commander's taunts won't hurt your feelings
  • The wind system is fair (it's not — that's the point)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Thompson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by:

  • Missed peach drops
  • Bruised egos
  • Arguments with friends over high scores
  • Uncontrollable laughter in public places

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, though we have no plans to — the Commander still has plenty to say.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. No executive orders accepted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We promise not to sneak anything weird in here.
